Perle D'Or Aruba Hotel Palm Beach, Palm Beach

My stay at the hotel was pretty average. The rooms were basic but clean, meeting the expectations of a 3-star hotel. The service was friendly, especially Rudy and the young lady at the front desk, though we had a bit of an issue with pricing confusion. The location was aesthetically beautiful, especially at night, and great if you have a car to get around quickly. The dining experience left much to be desired, particularly with only limited meal options. The facilities were satisfactory, nothing too extraordinary.

I was completely disappointed with the room at this hotel. It was not what I expected nor what I paid for. The room, supposedly a deluxe king private terrace pool view, was located upstairs and looked nothing like the photos. There was a distinct smell of smoke, making the room unpleasant. The location is far from the beach, misleadingly advertised as being closer, and not within walking distance of any attractions.

I stayed at Perle D'Or which was a mixed experience. The room, although small, was fantastic, especially as I had a deluxe king private terrace pool view one on the ground floor that seemed newly revamped. The staff were really nice and friendly, but I was disappointed they couldn't allow me a late check-out. The location left much to be desired as it was miles away from the beaches and not walking distance to anything but a supermarket. The dining options were limited, but the meals I had were good and filling. The facilities were decent overall.
